The asian food market I shop at finally stocked some quail eggs! Once I decided to buy some I wasn't able to get any for a few months. This is a super simple bento, but it allowed me to try a new food. They were pretty delicious when they were boiled, but not too different from normal eggs.Larger Image
Ingredients: Noodles, Celery, Little sausages, Quail eggs
Tips: Research new foods. I had to search for a while before I found how long most quail eggs should be boiled. If I had just tried to wing it there would have been much epic failure x_x.
